downtime log?

Is there a way to see when and for how long the UTM was with out power?

I'm trying to justify a better ups for the unit but I would like to back it up with data

You should be getting emails with that info. Otherwise, check the System log. Is your current UPS capable of communicating with the UTM?

Is there a log that does memory usage because i notice on the graphs obviously when the unit was down it reads 0 memory used for that time frame.

Hi ,

I did not totally understood your last question about the memory log.
There are logs for everything on the UTM , you just need to know what to look and where to find it.
Sure if the system is down the memory is 0 , so I don't really understand what you are looking for.
Please be more specific so we can help you here.

Sophos UTM supports UPS devices of the manufacturers MGE UPS Systems and APC.

Yes. Most APC USB models and a few others are supported; if so, the UPS charge level will appear on the dashboard.
