1) Enable Web Filter, Transparent Mode w/ HTTPS
2) Go to URL Filtering
3) In the Additional URLs To Block section, click on the green plus
4) Set name to 'fubar'
5) Set a regular expression of 'fubar'
6) Save
7) FORGET TO APPLY THE CHANGE -- DO NOT HIT APPLY
8) Go to Dashboard
9) Go back to Web Protection -> Web Filtering -> URL Filtering
10) Click on the green plus
11) Set name to 'fubar'
12) Set a regular expression of 'fubar1'
13) Attempt to Save
Error message: The web filtering URL regular expression object with the name 'fubar' already exists.
Unable to apply the change, unable to delete the old object.
