Hi there,
Need to file a complaint against Sophos UTM320 product.  Have been using for the last 1 year and no one from support is able to fix the issue with 'Web security'
Does anyone know the person's contact at high level position who could listen to our cry.

    What is your problem with web security .
    I have a very good connection to high level support and dev team , and management stuff in case we will need them.
    But before , let my and other experts here to help.
    If nothing will help then I will help you with the complaint .

    Hi gilipeled,
    It is more than 2 years now our web filtering does not work.  Every time I call support they raise their hands and ask for an external UTM 9 support to help.  Not a way to deal with a customer.  Many promises were made by Sophos before we bought this unit.  This unit has license for Net security and web security out of which web security never worked.  I Still need help.  There support cannot figure it out.  Believe me I am using web filtering for websense and it works flawless.  We have 2 physical sites, I have installed 2 websence servers (for filtering http traffic) one on each site and they work and sniff http/https traffic very well.  
    Now I want to use UTM 9 instead..........it will not see the traffic.  It is bridged in between my router and the switch.  I can attach a simple net diagram for you to understand.  There you go I cannot send you the net diagram, this type of file is not allowed.

    You should get your reseller to escalate the case to the Sophos Support manager if this is the case.

    That said, I have many customers using Web Filtering and it works fine.  Not sure about the specifics of your case, but I find it hard to believe that you can't make it work, short of it being deployed on undersized appliances/equipment.
