Hello again Astaro community. I hope this post is not in an inapproiate place, its something I am sadly too impatient to get right until time remedies it for me. I did not see a "firmware" section, I thought hardware might have worked but decided general was safer. Anyways [:)]
I recently upgraded to 9.102-8 and after the upgrade (I started it at night before bed) I went to work and my wife reported the internet was not working. I had her reboot the machine but that did not bring it up. I could not see it externally and she still had no internet access.
Well when I got home I rebooted it again and saw no issues on the hardware where I have a monitor and keyboard hooked up for easy access. Internal access was not available for whatever reason until after the reboot, then I could get into the administration and I discovered the that external wan connection was down. It did not have hardware defined in the settings (which were originally setup by the wizard). Is this possibly a firmware or hardware issue?
Any thoughts would be helpful I just need to know if I can trust my hardware or if it was a fluke.
