Since upgrading to the latest 9.101-12 I have been battling with certificate issues. It seems to be working on and off....
For whatever reason passthrough.fw-notify.net when using IE 9 resolves to the external host which causes a certificate issue. However, not all the time.
Here it is when it is errored:

Also I always get this error

The question is why is it trying to resolve it to verify to the external internet address and not through the proxy. We use HTTPS scanning in transparent mode.
