Can I setup a public internet with a bandwidth limit per session?

Hi All,

I am using the Sophos UTM Home Edition (its great, complicated and not that easy to understand BUT ITS GREAT!), and I am just wondering am I able to setup a network for free public internet, with a certain amount of bandwidth per session?

I am just wanting to try out most of the features of the Sophos UTM before I start to implement it commercially [:)]
