100% CPU Usage and Sophos Content Filter Framework Server

I have a UTM that is stuck at 100% CPU usage and it lists 4.5 TB of traffic to the Sophos Content Filter Framework Server. That sounds farfetched to me as far as traffic goes. I have tried turning off unneeded features and so far Sophos supports hasn't found a fix after over a day.

I had to turn mine off after it crashed the network 5 times. Apparently they have a patch

Tim, it doesn't sound like you need the patch.

Set Single-Scan to "Avira" in 'Management >> System Settings' and then set single scan in 'Web Filtering' 'Anti-Virus' and in all 'Filter Actions' in 'Web Filtering Profiles'. Likewise in FTP if you have enabled that Proxy.
