Cluster Virtual

To enable Virtual UTM (Hyper-V/VMWARE) clustered / HA (active / active or active / passive) is possible? Here are my questions:
- You need 02 licenses? (ASG Virtual Network Security, 25 Users) ?
- Listen to say that the license clustered active/active life time is halved, how does this work?
- The procedures for up2date are the same for the version of hardware?

    There's no point in an Active/Active Cluster in VMs - use Hot-Standby instead.  In fact, I'm generally against using Active/Active Cluster.

    Up2Dating with Hot-Standby requires no reboot time.  The only thing that happens is that down/uploads and VoIP calls are interrupted when a failover occurs.

    Active/Active Clusters require additional licensing for each Active device.  If you have a Hot-Standby and you want to change the two units to an Active/Active Cluster, the licensing system will let you make the change in the license for no extra charge, but the lifetime of the license will be halved.  A one-year renewal applied to a two-unit cluster license only extends the license by six months.
