A customer has a problem with very slow Internet speed when surfing. They have a 100Mbit/100Mbit Internet connection. In speed when surfing is 0,1-0,7Mbit, out is fast though, 50-80Mbit. Sending files over PPTP-VPN also works fine to and from one of the servers, so it does not seem to be the Internetconnection itself, but something in the firewall that slow down just the surf trafic. The problem just occured after the weekend. No change to the settings has been done. I have tried to restart the firewall today, but no difference.
The Web filtering is not enabled.
