restart httpproxy

Hello,

we have an asg 220 and I want to know how I can stop/start the httproxy process within putty and the ASG webadmin.
How can make a cronjob to restart a process or is that not allowed?

    Ok, when I run out of our support agreement I think about it again. 
    I have a problem with our RAM. The memory SWAP usage is always bigger than the Memory usage. 
    Without IPS: 
    RAM usage 75% (Avarage)
    SWAP usage 80% (Avarage)
    With IPS
    Memory usage 85% (Avarage)
    SWAP usage 98% (Avarage)
    Where can I find an approach.
