HELP! UTM 9.1 no access

I updated to utm 9.1 from cd on my machine.  I restored the settings from a config backup.  Everything worked fine, no issues.  After a reboot I can't access web admin and the proxy is failing. 

My hardware is a dell OptiPlex 3010 with an intel 4 port nic.  1 interface connected to cable modem, 2 interfaces without vlan assignment and 1 interface configured with 3 vlans.  I have console access but I'm not sure how to resolve the issue through the console with the loginuser.

    Hi , 

    I can't tell the ID cause I am working directly with them on few issues , I don't have a different ID for each one.
    But about the interfaces issue I know there is an ID  that wasn't opened by me.
    I will try to get it for you and I will post it.
    I just can inform that for now , after installing the RPMs I got to test , the issue has disappear , but probably there will be more changes to those RPMs after that will pass all the QA tests.
    At least I can say that the dev know what is the case and how to fix it.
    I love this product and the talented people there .
    This is a great product and If there is an issue the support gives great and fast answers.
