HELP! UTM 9.1 no access

I updated to utm 9.1 from cd on my machine.  I restored the settings from a config backup.  Everything worked fine, no issues.  After a reboot I can't access web admin and the proxy is failing. 

My hardware is a dell OptiPlex 3010 with an intel 4 port nic.  1 interface connected to cable modem, 2 interfaces without vlan assignment and 1 interface configured with 3 vlans.  I have console access but I'm not sure how to resolve the issue through the console with the loginuser.

    Hi ,

    The issue of interfacing showing in red and mark down but still function is a known issue and it appears in some installations and in few conditions.
    The issue is that when this is the case , some services are working and some not .
    I am working with the Dev team and I will get a fix soon then I will be happy to share with you all.
    For now the only solution is to restart all interfaces that ate in this condition .
    If SSH access work then it can be done from it , if not only from console.
    Sometimes the management interface of the webadmin I'd in this condition then you can issue an ifconfig command giving that interface its IP then issue ifconfig up to that interface.
    You then will have access to this interface with webadmin then start and stop every interface in mark red but function and you will solve it'd problem.
    Finally when everyone work give webadmin access to other interface and connect to it directly a laptop with IP configured in the range , access webadmin to this interface and then stop and start the last interface you usually access to use as webadmin access.
    Then all done and will stay working even after reboot.
    Of course doing all that from SSH will be faster .
    There is a fix on the way and once I will get it I will share it.
    Once again I am ready to help everyone I can in my free time, so font hesitate .
    Just to inform , there is Aldo an SMTP proxy issue that cause it to crash frequently and some times daily , for that I already got the RPM that fix it . normally it will be released with 9.101 but no release date for that so if you suffer from that you can be in touch with me.
    In the next few days I will also get the fix for the interface issue as an RPM probably and I will inform here.
