[9.1RC][BUG] network definition

Hi,
I am  not sure in which forum to post this issue.

I have a network definition appearing in my web reports which is either shown as " " or "-". I have searched the definitions and I have not been able to identify what it is.

I have attached screen shots of the various reports where this thing appears. It also appears in the daily reports.

    If you configured the User Network definition, i must access to your machine, because i can not say exactly what the problem is in this case. Could you give me access to your machine?

    I didn't configure that, the id came into being after I built the latest iso and restored a backup.
    Also in the beta forum the Astaro Beta Bot has a registered mantis against this thread.
    Nobody responded to this thread when I originally posted it here, so I posted in the beta forum.

    from which iso version you have backup which triggered this?

    After a detailed investigation, it wasn't after an ISO rebuild as I thought.
    Best I can determine it was after the up2date release of 9.092, but before that, after 9.089 I didn't have any web stats. 
    The last version I know where it didn't appear was in 9.080.

    Hi Ian,
    actually it looks like, that username inserted into database is a empty string strangely. So if you can reproduce it, so i would like see the http logfile.

    If you've searched through every definition and you still can't find out that matches that, you might try re-imaging from 9.100 to start fresh.  Those version numbers you mentioned sound like Beta versions, and you didn't clarify if you did a fresh install or not, though I suspect that you did.

    It sounds like whatever that problem entry is, it's somehow got itself embedded in the configuration, I suspect that if you re-image and restore from backup you will run in to the same problem. You might have to re-image and start from scratch.  

    Alternatively, if your command-line-fu  and your Perl-fu are up to snuff you could always poke around in CC to see if you can delete the object in the back-end, but be warned, mucking with CC can cause catastrophic errors on the UTM, do this only as a last resort. The good news is that if this works, all you'll have to do is save a backup of the configuration after deleting that object, re-image the appliance, and restore the backup and you've un-voided your support lol (changes done with CC void your Support agreement).

    Hi, the "Printable Configuration" might show you the reference ID for the bad definition.

    Hi Barry,
    didn't think of that approach. Nothing showed in the printable configuration. Looks like I will to wait until 9.102 is when I think the fix will be released.
