UTM 9 Web Caching - yes or no?

Hi all,

I have read stuff on this forums how the proxy caching can actually hinder the performance.

So what is the general view? are people using it or not?

    Like Bruce and William, in general, I like to leave it off.  Sites with a lot of updates can benefit from it, but I prefer for them to use WSUS or comparable tools to distribute updates to internal clients.

    I have a client  that is a multi-brand "Auto-Mall" where the sales reps all access the same training videos, so I have caching on there.  I haven't tried to see if the vids are cached because they're single files, or if they're not cached because they are all streaming media.
