HA active/active Cluster not working

Right now our setup is like

uplink -> stacked 2960s -> astaros

Off the stacked 2960's are also all our vms and the astaros handle the vlan routing and firewalling. The astaro's are connected via 3 lag groups back to the stacked switches. 

lag0 = internal
lag1 = wan
lag2 = vlans

Now the issue is when we reboot the primary switch in the stack.. asatro see's the wan interface as down but it doesn't seem to switch over to the other switch in the lag group for some reason. 

Our setup is also active/passive

Now when I go to switch to active/active nothing happens.. anything I am doing wrong?

    I had the same issue on our Cisco 2960's with our ASG320 HA some years ago.

    But I can't tell you, what we did to fix it, because its a long time ago. But today it's working with HA...we did several IOS updates on the 2960's since we had this issue.
