Shutdown sometimes results in a restart

I have a UTM 9 box (Release 9.006-5) that is experiencing an odd issue: Sometimes, when I shut it down, using either WebAdmin or by issuing 'shutdown -h now' via ssh, the box will restart.

The e-mail notification will either say 'System was restarted Reason: Shut down via WebAdmin' (Note the contradictory reason) or 'System was restarted Reason: (unknown)'

I checked the BIOS, and WOL is definitely off.

I have also checked the system logs, but could not find anything relevant.

If the automatic restart happens, issuing shutdown a second time appears to keep the machine shut down.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
