Webadmin unreachable

The Webadmin is suddenly unreachable on my firewall (ASG 8.309).

I restarted httpd via the console, but that didn't change anything. The userportal works fine, but the access to the webadmin is timing out.

I experienced this behaviour several times before and the only chance to solve this was a clean installation with restoring a backup.

Is it possible to solve this any other way?

    Me too.  I just did a clean install with UTM 9 because my webadmin kept being "unreachable".  After only 20 minutes of testing, it again timed out, and was unreachable until a reboot.  I couldn't restart webadmin from the console because the files were read only, leading some to suggest it might be a hard drive problem.

    From the console, you can see what port is open for WebAdmin:

    cc get webadmin port


    If you want to see the list of 'Allowed networks':

    post:/root # cc
    127.0.0.1 MAIN > webadmin
    127.0.0.1 MAIN webadmin > allowed_networks@
    127.0.0.1 MAIN webadmin/allowed_networks (ARRAY:network) > exit
