Best UTM to protect a Web Server

After getting a rootkit on my Windows Apache webserver, I'm looking for a UTM to help protect the server. For various reasons, I narrowed the choice down to Untangle, and Sophos. Sophos seems to integrate ModSecurity, while Untangle seems to think it just causes issues. Although I have a bit of bias towards Sophos at the moment, and I'm sure there will be more such bias here, does anyone have a real-world comparison between the two, as far as protecting an Apache webserver? Does Sophos's reverse proxy cause issues with websites? I'm mainly running Wordpress, Vtiger, and Joomla.

Thanks!
