VZ FiOS Actiontec Rev I Router setup with UTM 9

Hello everyone I need some help setting up my UTM9 with the VZ FiOS Actiontec Rev I router.

I have have 3 NIC cards in my UTM9. One to the ONT, one to a 24 port Netgear JGS524E Gigabit Ethernet switch for my internal network and the third NIC for the Actiontec to provide VOD, TV Guide Data and Caller ID on TV etc..

Before I Called Verizon to Break the DHCP lease and disconnected the Actiontec router from the ONT. I verified Caller ID on TV worked on all the set top boxes, also Remote DVR from Verizon.com.

So I Called Verizon and had them break the DHCP Lease form the ONT and then set the External WAN interface settings on the UTM9 to Cable Modem DHCP with the Default GW check box Checked. Success I have internet Access. I have the Actiontec connected to the UTM9 from it's WAN port to the back of the UTM9 on the third NIC card.

Now here is my Problem instead of seeing a Green Ethernet WAN LED on the actiontec router it's amber and blink's every so often. How do I properly setup my Actiontec ? 

I need to know what settings inside the actiontec that need to be changed also what Firewall, NAT and DNS rules need to be created in the UTM9 for all of this to work beautifully.
