DHCP Release

i have a question!
if i Manual set the static ip on the PC's interface, do not show (my DHCP) this ip address on the Release ipv4?

    this is very ridicule, This means that if I set ip address ASG -like the CISCO Core Switch, don't ping the ip address? and ASG work as long as sense the conflict ?!! However, Thank you for your answer my dude.
