Cpu spikes at 6:43am/pm (est)

Everyday at 6:43am and pm my VMs that are clustered get a cpu spike of 100%. How could I troubleshoot ? What could be running at that specific time ?


(p.s. I could of sworn I posted about this before, but I cant find it )
