Can't delete network object?

Hi all.  I'm going through and cleaning out network objects (many of them say V4 backup import), and I've found one that has me stumped.  It is a definition for the PC of an old long-gone administrator, and the IP address is an obvious accidental mistype of an RFC 1918 IP: 129.168.x.x.  When I click on the "I" button, it says this object is in use internally but it not used by any other objects.  When I try to delete it, I get this message, "The host object "Foo" is required by the arm->remote->host configuration."  Any ideas on what this means?

    that is a part of the old Astaro Report manager linking system. Did you have remote reporting enabled? try turning it off/deleting it. (Is this a v9 installation, you didnt say..) otherwise we can help you nuke it via the command line...

    Sorry!  ASG-425 active/passive cluster running 8.308.  I looked in the Logging and Reporting settings, and I don't see anything that directly corresponds to what you mention, but Local Logging is turned on, while Syslog logging is turned off and Remote Log file archives is turned off.

    For those who wondered, the fix was related to an old bug, wherein once ARM is turned on and a host defined, the list of defined ARM hosts can't be empty.  So, even though I'm not using ARM (and indeed have no way to turn it on or off), Scott had to put another entry into the ARM host list before the troublesome entry could be deleted.
    If I shouldn't have disclosed this publicly, please let me know and I'll edit this post.

    I can't delete some network definitions from the dashboard because it use in lot of automatic firewall rules.
    If I click on delete I receive the message "Do you want to wait 30 more seconds to finish the request?" I click on yes and after a few moments the rules was not deleted.
    Could you please give me How could I delete a network definition in command line?
