astaro.com vs sophos.com

Im trying to log in to enter a support ticket and I can't on the astaro or the sophos

on the sophos the site wont send me a password reset saying no email is registered under that address

on the astaro the site will send me a new password that doesnt appear to work (ive tried 3 times now)


are these two diffrent sites all together I was under the impression they were just front ends for the same sophos back end


any thoughts on who to call to clear this up?

    If you're not using IE, you might try it.

    I had similar problems today, even resetting my password.  I can't get past the login screen with FF 17.02 ESR.  But, was able to get in with IE9.
