Trouble with the webadmin interface

Hi everyone,

I ve just seen some troubles these days in my webadmin interface (no details in the flow monitor - the most protocols are assigned as Unclassified) and i was just asking myself if it is about a global bug or it is my own problem?!

by the way, i will restart my sophos gateway tonight, i will see if it changes something and i will return back to you.

FI: my UTM Sophos version is 9.004-33

    Hi,

    I confirm the problem still persists, it seems that the last firmware 9.004-33 has troubles of displaying details in the flow monitor window..

    do we have any other person suffer from this problem?

    what browser?  it works fine in chrome here.

    Sorry for being late for the reply, i just update my firmware today to 9.004-34 but no way, the issue still persists (for this point, i just join an attachment showing the problem)

    previously, and excatly if i remember the last firmware which display me the protocol details in the monitor flow in the right way was the v9.003-016..

    For William's question, i usually use firefox, chrome as browser the problem seems to appear in the two cases!

    "Unclassified" is all the traffic not going through "Web Proxy" and "Application Visibility"
    The traffic is going by Firewall Rules
    If you use Web Proxy be carefully with exceptions and Skip list

    I was always asking myself how SSG can detect all protocols by detail, is it a list defined in the SSG which interrogated a knowledge base update frequently.

    To get back to my case, the application control is actually unable, i've just the webfiltering activated without profiles configuration! 
    so logically, it must show me some protocols, as the traffic passing through from the right interface and the same interface is declared in the web protection service but until now the issue still persists.

    like I said, see if you have any exception that skips logging and try to turn on network visibility
