we are launching an initiative to improve our knowledgebase (KB). As you, our customers, are the ones who should profit most from the provided articles, we are seeking your opinion.
As a first step we want to identify the main product areas to which information needs adding.

- Wireless Protection
- RED/Remote Access
- Email Protection
- Other
… in which of these do you need more information?
Please specify the respective sub-areas and, if appropriate, the type of article (how to, trouble shooting, background information, etc.).
So we can get a rough idea of how popular a suggestion is, we encourage you to support other people’s suggestions if you like them.
After identifying the most important topics, we will examine the need for more information in more detail.
