Dear customers and partners, we are launching an initiative to improve our knowledgebase (KB). As you, our customers, are the ones who should profit most from the provided articles, we are seeking your opinion. As a first step we want to identify the main product areas to which information needs adding. Thinking about these main areas: Network Protection Web Protection/Webserver Protection (WAF) Wireless Protection RED/Remote Access Email Protection Other … in which of these do you need more information? Please specify the respective sub-areas and, if appropriate, the type of article (how to, trouble shooting, background information, etc.). So we can get a rough idea of how popular a suggestion is, we encourage you to support other people’s suggestions if you like them. Heike, why not create a section of the Features site for this?

I will tell you that it's disappointing that the wiki-based KB was abandoned. I think more progress would be made by giving the opportunity to add articles.

I also think that the problem is less specific areas than it is a lack of clear how-tos and examples. For instance, my article HTTP/S Proxy Access with AD-SSO (see PS).
