Tab HTTPS-proxy in User Portal

I see that there are multiple options for enabling or disabling different options / tabs within the User Portal. Is there a way to disable/hide the tab HTTPS-proxy in the User Portal? I am running Sophos UTM 9.004-33

If the user is not subject of the Http/s-Proxy, the tab will automatically hided

He is subject to the http/s-proxy, but the tab only shows me an option to download the CA certificate from the Sophos UTM appliance. The customer isn't using SSL inspection, so this tab is obsolete and I would like to hide it for the end users.

In Management > User Portal > under Advanced tab
you have "Disable Portal Items". Check Web Filtering
