URl categorization site fails

Hello,
i wanted to check the ctaegorization(and update) of some urls on this site:
http://www.astarosupport.org/tools/cat/

so i login and when i submit it gives a website error:
Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a  tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This  tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".





    
        
    



Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's  configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

    Just tried the URL and it works fine for me. Do you get that error whilst logged in?How about  if you are not logged in?

    you misunderstand me, the url works, you can enter a url and check the categories correctly, the problem is when you want to SUBMIT a category, then it fails.

    and you can't submit a url for categorization if you're not logged in....

    Appears to be busted at the TrustedSource (Smartfilter XL is the filter engine that the UTM currently uses) Site too... keep getting errors, it's probably not a Sophos issue per se.

    not like they ever paid attention to it anyway, i've submitted several sites to it WEEKS ago and they still show as uncategorized which means i have to either add those URL manually to all my Astaro userbase or allow the users to browse forbidden and dangerous categories freely....

    i'll have to start to submit support tickets to Astaro with the URLS because paying for a subscription that doesn't works as intended(letting blatantly obvious website go uncategorized and then ignoring categorization reqs for weeks) is not a very good way to justify the web filte subscription fat prize

    In fairness, this site being down is new to me... before when I submitted URLs they seemed to be processed in about 24 hours or so.

    that's weird, none of the sites i've submitted have been processed in a timely manner, and they're not hard to classify at all....

    and you can't submit a url for categorization if you're not logged in.... 

    I always submity without logging in.  I just tried one about 30 minutes ago, and it accepted it.  I'll check back today and post when there's a categorization.
