Password reset for ASG120

Hello, I buy one month ago Astaro 120, i installed and configured but today when i try to access web Admin page to make some change i get password wrong. I'm sure the password it's right but i can't access. i want to reset the password or factory reset. please give the step to do that because i can't find any information. [:$]

Do you lost only the webadmin password?

Passwort recovery for Webadmin:
go into the shell and log in as "root":
cc
RAW
system_password_reset
Ctrl c
Upon saving the file and exiting, the admin may immediately navigate to WebAdmin and re-specify the passwords of system accounts

Factory defaults:
go into the shell and log in as "root":
1. cc
2. RAW
3. system_factory_reset

Thanke you brother for helping. just one thing please. how i can go to shell ? from serial port with null cable and use hyper terminal ?

Re-installing from the SSI image might work as well, but I'm not sure.

yes there is VGA port or Console port. i'm not sure
