ASG Network Security sections NAT reverse proxy

I have a public IP through the NAT*it must be*changed to ASG interface IP?Can I set the IP remain unchanged after through the NAT?

I don't understand why your webserver would see traffic coming from the IP of "External (Address)" unless you're using a Full NAT instead of a DNAT.
