ASG Network Security sections NAT reverse proxy

I have a public IP through the NAT*it must be*changed to ASG interface IP?Can I set the IP remain unchanged after through the NAT?

    Yes, I'm asking about NAT, but I want to know is my public IP through NAT to other, it is possible to other defined on my public IP?

    MY IP > ASG NAT > Other (Defined MY IP)

    If it is possible, how to set the NAT rules?
