Renew Home Use License

Question

Hello,

I've had a home use license since 2007 and it has been upgraded at least once due to beta participation, etc.

It appears to have expired a couple of weeks ago but I can't figure out how to renew it or even if it would be possible. Would be a shame after so long to lose it...

I was just in the process of upgrading my Astaro / building a new box.

Thanks for any assistance.

EDIT: I should note that the license itself's expiration is blank, it is the subscriptions that are showing an expiration of sometime in August. Not sure what the difference is but without subscriptions the license isn't quite as useful.

For the home license you need to login to the sophos license environment and then first DELETE the expired license. Only then will you be able to create a new home use license.

For anyone else who has this problem: 
 For home license you have to expire or delete the old license, after that is the option to create a new one.
