Can´t prefetch domain users

Hi guys, I receive the following message: 

2012:08:15-07:00:02 teste_firewall user_prefetch[8825]: No group members found for group 'CN=Domain Users,.................... 

so I can´t get basic users of my domain, just users in groups.

    Moved to General Discussion.

    You are correct that that won't work.  Make a selection from 'Security Groups' instead.

    In general, you only need to sync certain users: 
    • mail users that should get Quarantine reports
    • VPN users where a certificate is required (Cisco, SSL, IPsec and L2TP/IPsec with certs instead of a PSK)


    Other than that, it's not required.  Why did you want to sync all of your users?

    I did it just to understand how it works. I know I can use enable backend sync on login, I learned it with you, thanks. 

    There isn´t a Security Groups in W2k3 server or I didn´t find when I search this group on astaro.

    I recommend that to be used, at most, with the End-User Portal.  For sites with Active Directory, I recommend disabling user autocreation and depending on prefetch.

    I don't know what your AD tree looks like, but somewhere in there, you have groups.  You may not have separate folders for Distribution and Security Groups, but whenever you create a new group, you have to decide which kind it is.
