WAF for User Portal

Hello, is the User Portal Secured by the WAF ?
If not how can I do that ? I couldn't manage to create a Working WAF Rule for the User Portal. Can anyone help me please?

Might be possible with a NAT, but probably not worth the risk as it could break access to webadmin if it goes wrong.
