Im using Astaro as a parental control filter for my kids.
We used to have an ADSL connection, and with this the modem was in bridged mode pppoe with the ADSL password in astaro. This worked well but now we have changed to cable. From what I can tell the only mode I can use here is "Cable modem (DHCP)". The modem is working fine but now its not secure as the cable password is in the modem, the kids could just plug their computers into the modem and have unrestricted internet.
Is there any way to address this (other than locking the modem in a cabinet)?
