Astaro connection to 69.64.36.103

Hello I have the home essentials install of Astaro one in VM another physical and have a question about outbound traffic.  Has anyone noticed their Astaro connecting to http://69.64.36.103 via another device's logs or by doing a tcpdump on the Astaro box?

    No reply yet?  This HTTP traffic is coming directly from the ASG box itself the URI being requested by the ASG box is http://69.64.36.103/acf2.  Is anyone else seeing a similar request on theirs?  Is this normal?

    Just to clarify I'm using ASG version 8.305 with the home license and the following services enabled - Firewall Web Filter IPS Network Visibility AntiVirus and AntiSpyware.  I've verified this traffic is not coming from a host the ASG is protecting.
