No wedadmin access

Hi there,

I can't login to webadmin. The message is:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

UserPortal, HTTP, mail ect. are working fine.

This happens on different machines - only a (hard)restart solves the problem. Any ideas?

You can try /etc/init.d/httpd restart from the command line. If you have a paid license, please have a ticket opened with Support and let us know the fix for this rare problem.
