feature.astaro.com in china?

Hi, a few days ago I was having trouble reaching feature.astaro.com. traceroute would stop at my firewall. I checked the logs and my computer was hitting a country block.

tracert feature.astaro.com
astaro.uservoice.com [75.126.16.218]

So i looked up where that IP is located and several sources said its China.
Find IP to Location 75.126.16.218 | Tejji
75.126.16.218 - China - 75.126.16.218-static.reverse.softlayer.com

Other sources are saying its located in Texas USA. But I'm guessing the look-up astaro uses is saying its china.

Can this server be moved to one outside of china, or a IP that is not flaged as china. Don't want to unblock china just to post feature requests.

    They have fixed it that way before --- I can tell you that I'm accessing this site thru an ASG currently that has China blocked, and it's working.  Maybe your ASG is not up2dating as it should?  Does it have a valid / current license on it?  Is your pattern up2date enabled?
