Linkaggregation for Cable Modem

Hi There,
I've 2 cable modem (DHCP) with bandwidth 3mbps and 10mbps. I'm trying to aggregate my WAN connection. but after successfully bonded, the speed is not reach for 13mbps. Any clue that might help me for setting link aggregation ?

The upstream devices (cable modems), must be 802.3ad compliant and aware for this to work which is extremely unlikely with broadband devices.
