Linkaggregation for Cable Modem

Hi There,
I've 2 cable modem (DHCP) with bandwidth 3mbps and 10mbps. I'm trying to aggregate my WAN connection. but after successfully bonded, the speed is not reach for 13mbps. Any clue that might help me for setting link aggregation ?

That's a bit confusing. Normally, Link Aggregation can't be used for that. You can use Uplink Balancing - is that what you meant?

How are you measuring the bandwidth?
