ASG activation?

We recently bought an ASG120.

Where do I find the ACT code to activate the licence in MyAstaro ?
Or do I have to get the ACT code from a reseller?

I have some ACT codes, but are they different for hardware vs software licences?

    Yes the keys for software are different, so where does the ACT key for hardware come from?  The vendor or is it supplied with the device?  (The device itself is on the other side of the planet from me).
