    It is so easy, and so much more functional to do AD-SSO in Standard mode, I don't understand why anyone would want this, Daniel. Do you have a customer insisting they only want the limited functionality offered by the Transparent mode?

    In transparent mode, even with DNS and authentication options defined in SSO, it is important to the reports of Web Security/Proxy identify the user instead of the ip address.

    Many customers ask for this functionality, and the only way to implement what I see is Proxy Standard -> SSO Active Directory ... or am I doing it the wrong way?

    The way proposed by Astaro is not flexible, as it requires settings in AD of the client (with GPO and limited for Internet Explorer), which often become too onerous. (others browsers require manual configuration, and PAC Files not distingue for diferent networks ?!)

    This feature could be put into the review, since there are many votes in features.astaro.
