www.astaro.com not working via IPv6

Hello,

I don't seem to be able to get to Astaro Internet Security - Connect With Confidence via IPv6. It resolves to 2a02:788:12:38::5, but that doesn't seem to return pings. When I attempt to access it from behind my Astaro (the transparent proxy requests the target site via IPv6), my Astaro reports "network is unreachable".

Is this something wrong with my configuration or a genuine fault?

I think I remember AlanT commenting recently that the Astaro website was no longer reachable with IPv6.
