"Host not found" for blip.tv

I'm getting "Host not found" for blip.tv, but blip.tv is definately a valid web address - I have checked on a different internet connection.
Any ideas what can be causing this?
All other internet access seems good.

    Hi, try nslookup or ping to see if it's resolving.

    Also check the PacketFilter and IPS logs, and contentfilter log if you're using the http proxy.

    Are you doing country-based blocking?

    Nslookup and ping don't work for blip.tv but do for other websites. Bit difficult to check packetfilter etc as I dont know the IP number for blip.tv.

    This looks like a DNS issue to me but I dont know what more I can do.

    No country blocking.

    I can find blip.tv at work (it seems to be 74.122.174.250), but using astaro it doesn't work.

    With firewall rules to pass all traffic, proxy off, browser using "no proxy" setting, an attempt to access 'blip.tv' has a status of "aborted" in firebug in forefox. In firebug there is another line where it has tried to lookup 'www.blip.tv' and that is aborted too.

    If I try to look at 74.122.174.250 I get a similar result to before except an extra first line in firebug with status "301 moved permanently"

    GET 'www.blip.tv' Aborted

    Nothing from this PC shows up in the firewall log (log was turned on for the rule to pass everything from this PC).

    Is there anything I can do?
