Astaro Licence...

When the Astaro information on products, they have the limitation of 10 USERS, means that:
- 10 ips allowed? (alias interface) or 10 ip with firewall rules? [:S]

Could a better explanation of that!

The limitation is 10 active IP addresses that communicate with your Astaro. There is no limitation on the number of IP's that can be listed in rules.

To clarify -- if you are purchasing a software or virtual license which is limited to a certain number of users (10 in your example), the limit in effect is on how many protected (internal) IPs are allowed to traverse the firewall -- it does not mean only 10 remote IPs can access a published website, etc. internally via DNAT.

It seems that you have a number of licensing questions --- while there are a few resellers that are on this board on a regular basis (me being one of them, and Bob, and a few others), I recommend that you work with your reseller to determine what your licensing needs are -- if you are not currently working with one, go to Locate a Partner -- there you can see who is in your area, etc.
