Problems with astaro up2dates e spam filter servers?

Hello
at 23.30 italian hour I got 2 notifications:

Spam Filter cannot query database servers
Up2Date prefetch failed

is it a common issue?

    Sorry but the issue was not related to ASG. I was at the dentist and I couldn't verify [[:)]] Internet connection stopped to work for 2 hours, my ISP!!!!!!! [:O]

    I asked for this because I remember that some months ago there was a similar issue related to astaro servers (but in that case only up2date didn't work).
