My company is migrating our main location to a new building. We currently have a v7 ASG in place at the current facility, and I plan to put in a v8 at the new facility. However, some services will remain at the current facility for a brief time (a couple of weeks) during a transition time. I plan to use the backup of the v7 to populate the v8 at the new building. In other words, I need to keep both units online for a few weeks, with the same setup and license. Is there a "grace period" for things like this? Or am I violating the license? I want to be above board and legal, I just don't know what's possible. Thanks for any help!
