Since it appears a home user can't open a support case, how can I get the attention of someone at astora when a bug is found?

I won't repeat the detail here, but this is a pretty major bug. The only way I fixed it was to do a complete fresh install, but the logs still show the problem occuring on every new connection, but for some reason eventually astaro sends a correct PADI request.
