Forcing certain ports through one interface

I have three external (WAN) interfaces to my ASG server, with eth1 being a static ip associated with my mx record/,ail server. I would like to use the "uplink balancing" feature across all three connections, but need to make sure that mail is always sent out through port 25 on eth1. What is the best way to set this up? With a firewall rule or is there some other location/setting to "bind" all port 25 traffic to a single nic?

    I would put all three interfaces into Uplink Balancing, and then create a multipath rule with persistence by interface selecting eth1.

    Also, you might consider making it possible to send/receive on the other interfaces by adding lower-priority MX records and rDNS entries. And changing your SPF txt record if applicable.

    The pre-Uplink-Balancing approach would have been use a Policy Route and a SNAT if the WAN connection with the default gateway wasn't on eth1.
