Beta Testing Bonuses

A quick couple questions I had about beta testing in general.

I know in times past some beta testers who reported bugs back to Astaro received bonuses for making reports. The special 100IP home license for example.

My questions are thus:

1) What are Astaro's criteria for deciding who get's bonuses for their testing?

2) What about those of us who do run beta editions as they come out, do test technical previews and Easter eggs but never seem to find bugs? How do we get into the pool for these goodies?

    I know that it is also hard being the first to report a bug.
    Points/reputation goes on quality of your report. Having enough technical information so that testers can replicate faults is a big bonus. I guess we get to know the regulars around test time.
    Good documentation helps as not everybody speaks english.
    Sure finding undocumented faults helps.
